Fees & Pricing

Pricing during the pilot period may be adjusted as Arkive refines its services and operating model.

Prices are displayed including VAT where required by applicable law. Certain fees or services may be exempt or treated differently depending on jurisdiction and customer type.

Storage

Storage is billed monthly based on the number of cards in your collection. The first 12 months from the date Arkive receives your first card are free at the account level.

Arkive Wallet

Proceeds from marketplace sales are credited to the seller's Arkive Wallet balance.

Wallet balances are platform balances used within Arkive and do not constitute a bank account, deposit account, investment product or payment account.

Payout requests are processed separately according to Arkive's payout procedures.

Internal marketplace

• Arkive fee: 5% of the sale price, deducted from the seller's proceeds.
• Internal marketplace transactions normally do not incur shipping costs because ownership transfers digitally while cards remain stored within the Arkive vault.
• Proceeds are credited to the seller's Arkive Wallet on settlement.

External sales

• Arkive service fee: 5% of the sale price.
• External marketplace fees (e.g. Tradera, Cardmarket) are passed through at cost.
• Additional third-party fees may apply where required by the external marketplace used for the sale.
• Shipping is charged separately at actual cost.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal fees are tiered by the number of items in the withdrawal. Shipping is charged separately.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, shipment size, value, carrier and insurance requirements.

Updates

Arkive will provide reasonable notice of material fee changes. Continued use of the service after such changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated pricing.
